Burnet was previously an executive director at Microsoft technology consultancy Cedalion.OtkritieThe Russian financial group has appointed two new senior Russian equity market specialists to its team.Vladimir Tikhomirov joins from URALSIB Financial Corporation and becomes senior economist at the firm. Marat Ibragimov, who moves over from Citi Investment Research, joins as a senior consumer analyst.Patni Computer SystemsThe IT and business services provider has appointed Manish Mehta as an executive vice president and chief delivery officer for applications services.In his previous role, he was chief delivery officer for India and the EMEA and APAC regions at Mahindra Satyam.Allied HealthcareThe healthcare staffing services group said G.
